(1) We accept all returns that meet the following conditions:
15-Day return period. Please be sure your return reaches Motogrid.com within 15 days of the date it was delivered to you (as shown on delivery company's tracking system).
Original packaging in good condition. Please include all original packaging in good condition (free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings, including writing of any kind) with your return.
Unused condition. Motogrid.com is unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged.
Returns on electrical parts. Like your local dealer, Motogrid.com is unable to accept returns on many electrical parts. Certain aftermarket items are exempt from this condition. Please contact us before returning electrical items.
Restocking fees. In some cases restocking fees will apply.
(2) Determine your Return Number
Returned merchandise for any reason other than warranty claims must be returned within 15 days, must be in saleable or unused condition and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns are subject to inspection for determination of full or partial credit. Freight/Shipping/Handling are non-refundable. Refund/Credit/Exchange will not be issued until return item is received, processed and approved by Motogrid.com.
Why does Motogrid.com charge restocking fees on returned parts? We return most parts to the manufacturer and in doing so face two charges: the cost to return the item to the manufacturer and a restocking fee charged to us by the manufacturer. Motogrid.com will cover this return shipping expense but we pass on a portion of the restocking fee charged to us by the manufacturer.
If you'd like to return an order for any other reason, please contact the Motogrid.com Customer Service Team for a Return Number. If you need to return an item because it was damaged during shipping or because of a mistake made by the manufacturer or Motogrid.com, please contact us and we will assist you - in these cases no restocking fees will apply and we will cover the return shipping expense. (3) Packing And Sending Back Your Return
Motogrid.com includes plenty of packing material with every order. When returning something to us, please re-pack all items using the materials we sent. Keep in mind that shipping companies can be very rough on packages! Please be sure not to write on or damage the Manufacturer's packaging material as this can make an item not returnable.
(4) Attach the Return Shipping Form to your return and drop it in the mail!
